I’m a Creative Director working across brand, product and film, focused on turning complex ideas into clear, emotionally resonant storytelling.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve led creative for global brands and causes, shaping work that earns attention, builds trust and moves people. Most recently, as Associate Creative Director at VML Germany, I’ve focused on health, tech and B2B – spaces where clarity, tone and human insight are critical.
I’m drawn to projects where story, strategy and craft come together, and where creative thinking genuinely changes how something is understood.
I believe the strongest creative work is rooted in truth, clarity and feeling.
Whatever the brief, my approach is to find the emotional centre, shape a strong narrative, and use storytelling and design to make ideas feel intuitive rather than explained.
I’m particularly interested in work that removes friction – between brand and audience, complexity and understanding, technology and humanity. I value craft, taste and collaboration, and believe the best ideas feel inevitable once you see them.
I studied Modern European Philosophy before a detour into music – signing to Island Records, touring internationally, releasing two albums and achieving three UK Top 40 singles as a songwriter and performer. That period shaped how I think about rhythm, tone and audience.
Advertising followed, and stuck. I’ve worked at leading London agencies and led creative across lifestyle, culture, FMCG, automotive, finance, health, tech and B2B, delivering integrated global campaigns and building long-term client relationships.
Alongside commercial work, I write and produce films. Running Man screened at 14 international festivals. Contact and The Hat became youth mental health films, with The Hat receiving the Spirit of Raindance and an official Cannes selection. I’m currently developing feature scripts.
